Since 1995, Quality Care has been cleaning, pressing and looking after clothes and linen for the people and businesses of Milton Keynes — from a single wedding dress to a hotel’s weekly linen.
Our story
Still family-run. Still hands-on.
Quality Care Dry Cleaning & Laundry is a family-run laundry, ironing and dry cleaning business, established in 1995. Between us, our team has more than 35 years’ experience in laundry, dry cleaning and alterations — and that experience goes into every item we handle.
We started out looking after local households, and over the years we’ve grown into a trusted commercial partner for hotels, B&Bs, holiday lets, care homes and businesses across Milton Keynes and north Bucks. Today commercial laundry is the heart of what we do, but we still care for our domestic customers in exactly the same way.
Everything is processed in our own unit in Stony Stratford by our own trained staff. We never send work away, so we always know who has handled your linen and garments, and we can stand behind the result.

Our own unit
Professional laundry, dry cleaning and pressing equipment in a clean, smoke-free unit, kept to a high standard of cleanliness.
Hand-finished & inspected
Garments are pressed by hand and every item is checked before it leaves us, whether it’s one shirt or a hundred towels.
Stain specialist on site
A fully trained cleanologist deals with stubborn marks, and our staff are trained to choose the right process for every fabric.
Gentle on fabrics
Our wet cleaning uses water and non-toxic, biodegradable detergents — kinder to delicate garments and to the environment.
Where we work
Based in Stony Stratford, serving all of Milton Keynes
We collect from and deliver to homes and businesses across Milton Keynes, Stony Stratford, Wolverton and the surrounding villages of north Bucks. Our unit is at 9 Swinfens Yard, High Street, Stony Stratford MK11 1SY. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, with collections by arrangement — including evenings.
